Steps per la procedura di sdoganamento
Si prega di vedere i passaggi elencati sotto per la procedura di sdoganamento
- Containers are discharged at container terminal by Sea Port Corporation (SPC)
- Delivery order is obtained from Shipping line office
- Submit Customs deceleration to Customs authorities
- Obtain Move order from SPC to move the containers from discharge terminal to the inspection area
- Submit request for inspection of containers by customs authorities
- Obtain customs duty fee from tariff section after finishing containers inspection
- Pay the customs duty value
- Pay the Sea Port dues
- Submit request and obtain exit pass for containers from port
- Obtain import certificate from Customs authorities
- Obtain Intelligence and security clearance for movement of containers to further destinations (this is only applicable for certain goods and certain consignees)
- Obtain pass for trucks to enter the port and load containers
- Obtain exit pass for trucks with loaded container
- Transport containers to all destinations of Sudan and provide daily tracking report of containers movement
OSSERVAZIONI:
Si prega di notare che le merci delle Nazioni Unite sono esenti da dazi doganali e tasse portuali. Pertanto, i punti 7 e 8 non sono applicabili ai beni delle Nazioni Unite

- Original Bill of Lading or Seawaybill or Telex Release
- Packing List
- Invoice
I documenti di spedizione richiesti per lo sdoganamento del carico commerciale sono i seguenti, ma non solo:
- Form IM
- Import & Export registration Certificate
- VAT and Tax registration Certificate
- Exemption Certificate (if any)
- Certificate of Origin
- CIQ certificate for goods originating from China
- Quality assurance certificate for Foodstuff cargo from country of origin
- (3) Original copies of bill of lading or Telex Release
- Packing List
- Invoice
