Shipment of goods for the Mosul Dam renovation
Greenshields Project Cargo is dealing with the shipment of goods and supplies related to the Mosul Dam renovation project, won by an important italian company.
We are carrying out the sea and land transportations as weel as the airfreight of the machineries needed on-site and all the material necessary for the base camp setting up. The base camp will host both the workers, the technicians and the military task force responsible for their safety, for a total of more than 500 people they will stay the next 3 years (estimated time for completing the works)
Shipments are carrying out by truck, reefer (for foodstuff transport ) or by containers, with armed escorts in the Iraq section, for safety reasons. The airfreight consignments are usually delivered via Erbil airport.
